The e-ticket can be shown for control printed or saved on your smartphone. Ticket with discount is valid only upon presentation of proof of entitlement to the discount. The ticket must be kept until the end of the visit to the Sapieha Palace. Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable unless the Sapieha Palace was responsible for the failed visit.
